a dealership, as infrastructure
Most of a car deal is not the car. It is the title, the payoff, the taxes, the registration, and the truck — and each of those steps expects a licensed dealer somewhere in the chain. Cloud Motors is that dealer: held by Vin, reached by API, present on the deal so the other parties do not have to be.
The kernel's deal types run on this rail. It is the licensed entity that makes the transacting doors legally real.
